Order Processing
We process orders within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders are sent as a non-descript generic mail (unless regulations require DGR - ADR / IATA compliance; in which case we will notify you beforehand)

Standard stamp postage (default, no tracking - safe but not recommended)

Registered priority letter (no extra cost, basic tracking, signature required)

GLS courier service for EU shipments (tracking included)

DHL Express for expedited delivery (detailed tracking, signature required)

Dispatch Locations
Orders are shipped from within the European Union.
For certain itemes we use our warehouse in The Netherlands to comply with regulations.

Delivery Times
Typical transit times range from 1 to 14 days depending on the shipping method and destination.
We have over 15 years of experience shipping analytical materials safely and reliably.
To ensure faster delivery we recommend the following things:
1. Provide your full address in correct form.
2. Provide your phone number and email address - this helps couriers cotnact you in case of delivery issues.
3. Do not use a PO box with a generic or "code" name.
4. Use a mail forwarding service if you live outside EU or you live in a high risk countries like Finland, Sweden, France, Germany)
