Hold Harmless Agreement for Research Compounds

1. Scope and Applicability

This Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all individuals and entities who have purchased, are purchasing, or will purchase chemical compounds from the Company’s webstore at https://www.adriacompound.eu, regardless of the date of transaction. This includes past, current, and future customers.

  1. Protected Parties

For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Company” shall include:

  • Any person or legal entity that currently manages, has previously managed, or is otherwise affiliated with the operation of the webstore, including but not limited to owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents.

3. Acknowledgment of Risk

Customers acknowledge that the chemical compounds sold by the Company are intended solely for research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption, nor for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

4. Customer Representations

Each customer represents and warrants that:

  • They are qualified to handle and use chemical compounds in a research setting.
  • They will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • They will not use the compounds for any illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Indemnification

All customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and all Protected Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Improper use or handling of the compounds.
  • Any injury, death, or property damage resulting from such use.
  • Violation of any laws or regulations in connection with the purchase or use of the compounds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Individuals that are in any way connected to ADRIACOMPOUND.EU web shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products. All products are sold “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Croatia.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and its customers and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

By purchasing from the Company, all customers—past, present, and future—agree to the terms of this Hold Harmless Agreement.
